1974 Leyland P76 Executive V8 T bar auto with power steering and vinyl roof in Nutmeg.

Stewart Greer Motors in Hastings sold this car new to Calvin Mackie's  father in 1974. After Calvin's father passed away the car sat unused for a time, as his mother didn't drive it. Calvin needed a tow car and thought it would be good for the job and andowned it up until the time of his death on December 9 2012.

During his ownership it was been a totally reliable car and was run on LPG for twenty years. This Leyland has no visible rust and has never leaked. Now that is unusual!

The car now resides in Christchurch with it's new onwer Eric Connor
