We have embarked on a new regime of socialising and to keep it simple anyone not in the Central Group loop (email tree if you like) should check with our new Social Convenor, Rose Bendall on 06 36703761 or email rose.merv@xtra.co.nz THIS APPLIES NOW !

We have made the shift to the newly refurbished Empire Hotel at 175 Jackson Street in Petone but we also head off in other directions for lunch or to visit attractions around the greater region to allow members who otherwise may miss out to participate. “Meetings” may be held in Manawatu, Wanganui, Wairarapa, Wellington or elsewhere.  Some of these may involve an overnight stay for some members.  Contact Rose as shown above and sort out a restful weekend for yourself.

November 24-25 - Central Group Christmas Function  in Feilding.

Our Christmas function with a difference will be held over the above weekend staying at the Raceway Court Motel, 2 Awahuri Road Feilding. 

Our hosts at the Raceway Court Motel are Paul and Sharon and they need to hear from you pronto.  Call them on 06 323 7891 and DO tell them you are with the LEYLAND P76 CLUB.

March 3 – Sunday, Southwards Car Museum. Their recent open day event was such a success they have scheduled another to be held on March 3 2013.  They have supplied us with this early warning as we were represented at the last show by Ron Butler.  Contacts will be either Ron or Rob and more information will be supplied later.

March 10 2013 when you should be at your National Rally but anyway we have that big Hastings show, Wheels on Windsor on Windsor Park, Grove Road Hastings. 

 All comers welcome this year, only $5 entry per display car or gold coin for lookers only.  Category prize giving at 2.30 p.m. spot prizes all day.  Contact John on 06 844 1857 in the evening for further information.

March 31 2013 VCC North Island Easter Ralley Public car show at Solway Show grounds, Masterton. Entry is only $2 adult $5 family. Enter off fleet street which runs off High Street, the main road into town from the south. The show is open from 10 until 3 and will provide a world class selection of automobiles for your appreciation.
